Instructions:
- Contributions regarding the Areas of interest of the Congress are admitted: functional foods and ingredients, basic and applied nutrition, public health and nourishing education. The official languages of the Congress are Spanish and English.
- A limitless shipment of Communications is allowed. In order to send them, it is necessary to use the form anticipated in the Web of the congress. The texts that are sent will have a maximum extension of 500 words or 3,000 characters. The authors will indicate their data in the spaces dedicated to it.
- The Scientific Committee will evaluate all the sent indicating to the authors its admission as of day 28 of February of 2008 (final and can't be postponed date of admission of works)
- The admitted communications will be set out in format poster.
Inscriptions: at least one person of the signers of each communication will have to be enrolled in the congress.
